The trail starts on the beach of Les Fossettes and can be practiced on the surface by anyone who knows how to swim, with a mask and a snorkel.
Five observation stations (buoys numbered from 1 to 5) have been set up on a 200-meter course and are equipped with underwater explanatory panels.
Aquatic hikers can discover several biotopes between 0 and 3 meters deep: sandy bottoms, Posidonia meadow, rocky bottom where evolve saupes, sea bream, red mullet starfish, sea urchins, etc. : a real open-air aquarium!
